The Pirates of Nassau:
This is great interactive museum that your kids will really enjoy. It provides
a great mix of entertainment and history of the Golden Age of Piracy in the Bahamas. Your adventure
begins as you step onto a moonlit dock complete with the sounds of lapping
water and pirates celebrating in a nearby tavern. There’s a replica of the
pirate ship “Revenge” that everyone can board and get a feel for life on the
ship. My husband loved the museum as much as my son!
Blue Lagoon Island:
Make your way to the Paradise Island ferry terminal, and then it’s a short boat
ride to Blue Lagoon Island. Or if you
prefer, most cruise lines offer the Island as a day-long excursion. The
inflatable water park, water bikes, tubes, kayaks and snorkeling will keep your
family busy all day. There are dolphin and sea lion experiences that you can
book for an extra charge. Of course there is a bar and restaurant on site.
