After a two-week dry dock that took place earlier this
month, the Carnival Ecstasy has returned Charleston, South Carolina refitted
with some of the dining and beverage venues that are so popular on the cruise
line’s other ships. Here’s the rundown:
Guy’s Burger Joint: Name sound familiar? This is a free-of-charge poolside spot developed
in partnership with Food Network personality Guy Fieri. Known for its hand-crafted
burgers and fresh-cut fries, this is “the place” for the best burger at sea!
Blue Iguana Cantina:
This is a complimentary poolside Mexican eatery where guests can enjoy
authentic, freshly made burritos and tacos on homemade tortillas, as well as an
elaborate toppings and salsa bar. But
that’s not all! Blue Iguana is open for
breakfast too, serving up fresh, hot and delicious breakfast burritos!
Alchemy Bar: A
pharmacy themed cocktail lounge?
YES! And what fun! Bartenders are specially trained mixologists
who wear white lab coats and create cocktails using herbs, infused vodkas and
fresh juices. There are passion potions, energy elixirs…well, you get the
picture!
Cherry On Top: This
place can be DANGEROUS…particularly if you’re traveling with kids! This candy-and-more-shop
is not only great for enjoying some of your confectionery favorites, but the
place to pick up branded Cherry On Top gear and gifts.
Carnival Ecstasy’s schedule from Charleston encompasses
